設置了不可用的設備記憶體位址或超出了可用的設備記憶體範圍。
原因
原因如下：
1、在 screen 程式中設置的設備記憶體在對應單元上不存在。
2、在乙太網連接的情況下，在 [硬體設置] → [PLC 設置] → [屬性] → [目標設置] 的 PLC 屬性中設置未註冊的 PLC 表號。
3、PLC 設備記憶體為空。
解決方案
案例 A
檢查設備記憶體設置。
1、點擊 [工具] → [搜索] → [設備]。
2、取消選取 [設備名稱] 複選框，然後按兩下 [確定]。
3、檢查顯示的清單中是否沒有無效的設備記憶體。
案例 B
再次設置 PLC 表號。
1、按兩下位於 [系統設定] → [硬體設定] 的目標 PLC，以顯示 PLC 屬性。
2、Register the IP address and port number of the network device for connection to a number in the PLC table.
For 1:1
Select the registered PLC table number for [Connect To].
For 1:n
Set the registered PLC table number as the port number for the device memory of each item.
案例 C
再次設置 PLC 設備記憶體。
1、執行 [工具] → [錯誤檢查] 並找到錯誤位置。
2、按兩下錯誤位置以跳轉到相關螢幕上的設置。
3、重新配置設備記憶體。
