Gateway, Remote I/O Introduction
本公司研發了能夠滿足終端客戶對PROFIBUS，Modbus，Ethernet，DeviceNet，CC-Link，L ON W ORKS，MECHATROLINK，T-Link，FL-net，HLS，和FLEX NETWORK I/O裝置要求的網路產品。這些產品工作於開放式網絡，這些產品能夠輕鬆地與當今最受歡迎的HMI軟體包和DCS/PLC進行通訊。

全隔離的遠端I/O
本公司的遠端I/O模組不但靈活地擴展了DCS/PLC的連接方式，同時各通道間的全隔離也為系統提供了更高的可靠性。遠端I/O支援業界標準的公開通訊協議，可直接和PLC或DCS連接。本公司的遠端I/O模組也可作為獨立的輸入輸出設備，與各種主流HMI軟體（Citect，Intellution，Wonderware等）配合，用於分散型的通訊系統。遠端I/O具有體積小巧，安裝方便的特點，既可以組裝在現場，也可以安裝在檢測設備等的箱體之內。本公司的遠端I/O既適合大規模的系統配置，又兼備了組合搭配的彈性。為適應高標準系統的需要，I/O模組除了具有電源－通訊－I/O間的全隔離，各I/O通道間也實現了全隔離。這種I/O產品既提高了系統的獨立性，同時也提高了訊號轉換的效果和信賴性。此外，為了適應經濟型使用者的需要，我們也提供非全隔離型的I/O產品。本公司的遠端I/O主要可用於以下一些領域∶訊號的統一傳送，流量或液面監測中的資料擷取，注塑，鑄造製程的監控，各種測試系統，玻璃熔爐的溫度控制，組裝線開關訊號的傳送，噴塗室的環境報告，製藥業的製程控制等等。

品種齊全的I/O模組∶搭配靈活，可擴展
作為儀器儀表行業的專業廠商，本公司不僅擁有標準的4～20 mA / 1～5 Vdc 信號及接點信號的I/O模組，還提供諸如溫度傳感器，應變計，稱重傳感器，交流，脈衝等各種信號的模組。各模組可以自由組合，混合配置。可方便安裝於面板背面的任何部位。R5系列備有4槽，8槽，16槽的多種規格底座。 I/O模組有單/雙通道可選。 R3系列的配置彈性更高，除了底座有2到16槽可選之外，各種I/O模組的通道數從4至16通道，選擇範圍擴大。使用者可以根據需求決定最佳的模組組合以滿足系統要求。

通訊冗餘（雙重通訊）∶可靠性與彈性
R3和R5系列為使用者提供了通訊冗餘的選擇，以滿足高信賴性系統的特殊要求。使用者可選擇雙網路通訊模組。另外，用戶可帶電安裝網路介面模組。在通訊冗餘系統中，使用者甚至可以使用不同協定的兩個通訊模組，將訊號同時傳送給兩種不同廠牌的PLC系統。

安裝簡單∶縮短了系統的停機時間
所有R3，R5模組可使用DIP開關或PC在現場進行設定。I/O模組的DIP開關設定項目包括：I/O類型，量程，感測器熔斷輸出等（Upscale/Downscale）通訊卡的設定項目包括：訊號傳送的頻率，節點位址。模組的安裝和更換可以帶電操作，無需切斷系統電源。更換故障模組時只需簡單的移除故障模組，並將新模組的DIP開關作同樣設定即可，無需透過系統程式重新設定。

雙電源系統∶高可靠性
R5系列也為使用者提供了雙電源系統的選擇。例如∶用戶可以使用120 Vac 或240 Vac 作為主電源，同時使用UPS的24 Vdc 作為預備電源。

經濟的系統構成
本公司的遠端I/O配置靈活，使用簡單，價格經濟，不僅在硬體上為用戶節約了開支，也為用戶節約了時間和費用，並且無需安裝維護方面的專業知識。
